Bayesian Models and Applications

This course provides students with a theoretical and practical introduction to Bayesian statistics. Students will be exposed to a variety of Bayesian models and algorithms. This course is divided into three main topics: 1. fundamental theories of Bayesian analysis, such as Bayesian parameter estimation; 2. Bayesian algorithms and computations, such as Markov Chain Monte Carlo; 3. Bayesian regression models and their applications.
