This seminar course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to practice speaking and presenting their research in front of scientific audiences. Students will select research topics and organize presentations for faculty and other students. The topics could be any aspect of their research projects. Each student will receive feedback from their peers and the course instructors. This course helps with knowledge exchange and students will acquire scientific seminar skills that are essential for their professional careers. These skills will improve as students respond to critical feedback and make their research understandable to scientists, peers, and the general public.
