The course requires a research project under the supervision of an instructor to identify a research topic, conduct a comprehensive literature review, design a solution, and apply AI technologies. This project provides students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to a real-world problem in the field of microelectronics. The results must be reported in the form of a thesis and oral defense. For students of the MICS Program only. The instructor's approval is required for enrolment in the course. The grading basis is Letter grade+PP.
