Introduction to Precision Engineering

This course covers the fundamentals and capabilities in precision engineering, including tool materials, mechanics of cutting, ultra-precision machine elements, micro electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) and nanoscale additive manufacturing. Based on these accumulations, this course introduces the industry growth, global state and analyzes the future of precision engineering.
